What you're buying

Your pack is a digital document (a PDF) containing template letters based on statutory rights available to leaseholders in England and Wales, a personalised evidence checklist, and general guidance drawn from publicly available information. It is generated from the answers you give in the online forms.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this site or in your pack is legal advice, and using it does not create any solicitor–client relationship. Leasehold situations vary, and we cannot know the details of yours. For advice on your specific situation, consult a solicitor or contact LEASE, the government-funded Leasehold Advisory Service, at lease-advice.org.

England and Wales only

The letters rely on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, which applies in England and Wales. The pack is not suitable for properties in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Delivery and cancellation

Your pack is digital content delivered by immediate download. By clicking download, you expressly agree that we supply the content straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. For this reason, we do not offer refunds after the pack has been downloaded.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the content is faulty or not as described.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking that the details you enter are accurate, for reviewing your letters before sending them, and for deciding whether and when to send them. Deadlines and outcomes described in the guidance depend on your circumstances and on third parties we don't control.

Our liability

We supply the pack with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you or others make in your dispute, from inaccurate information you enter, or from events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

You may use, print and share your pack for your own service charge challenge, including sharing it with other leaseholders in your building. You may not resell it or offer it as part of a commercial service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
