The short version: your information stays on your device. We designed this site so we never see it.

What happens to your answers

Everything you type into our online forms — your name, address, service charge details and concerns — is stored only in your own browser, on your own device, using a feature called local storage. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Your PDF pack is created entirely on your device too.

What we don't have

No accounts. No database. No marketing emails. No cookies used for tracking or advertising. We cannot see, recover or delete your answers, because we never receive them.

Clearing your data

Your answers stay in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. To remove them, clear your browser's site data for this website — everything is deleted instantly and permanently.

Hosting

Like almost every website, the company that hosts these pages keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) to run the service securely. These logs don't include anything you type into the wizard.

Payments

When paid packs launch, payments will be handled entirely by a regulated payment provider (such as Stripe). Your card details will go directly to them and will never touch this site.
